Preston Chastine is a Vice President within CBRE’s El Paso Office in the South Region. Preston provides valuation and advisory services for a wide variety of property types including single and multi-tenant retail, multi-family, self-storage facilities, office, medical office, auto-dealerships, industrial warehouse/distribution, land use developments, and specialty use buildings throughout the Texas Region. Mr. Chastine has experience providing valuation and appraisal services, rent analyses, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
Prior to joining Valuation and Advisory Services in 2016, Preston had experience as a commercial real estate broker and was the general manager of a property management firm that specialized in multi-family.
