Price Onken has played a key role in successful leasing efforts at Alamo Ranch, Alamo Quarry Market, Arbor Park, Bandera Pointe, Houston Street, Huebner Oaks, Quarry Village, Westover Marketplace and the Village at Stone Oak. He represents a range of clients including Merit Coffee, Spec’s Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods, Nordstrom and Phenix Salon Suites.
Price completed deals with Academy Sports + Outdoors, Bohanan’s Prime Steaks and Seafood, Blue Mercury, Five Below, Grimaldi’s Pizza, Harbor Freight Tools, LA Fitness, Torchy’s Tacos, Kendra Scott, Bank of America, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Ulta, Texas De Brazil, Trader Joe’s, James Avery and Sundance.
Price joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. Prior to joining REATA in 2007, Price was a Financial Analyst for H-E-B Grocery Company. Price graduated from Trinity University with Bachelor of Science in finance. Price was a two-time captain of the Trinity University Basketball team. He is married with two children.
