Rachel DuBois

Rachel DuBois is the Global Chief Operating Officer for CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS), based in Dallas, Texas. She leads global operations for the world’s largest Commercial Real-estate Valuation firm, driving transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence across the United States, Asia Pacific, and beyond. Rachel specializes in business transformation, process & technology integration, and M&A, delivering measurable efficiencies and growth for CBRE’s VAS clients.

Rachel joined CBRE in 2009 in Queensland, Australia, as an Assistant Valuer, later leading National Operations for Australia and expanding her scope to the Asia Pacific region. She has spearheaded a number of corporate M&A transactions valued at $100M+, leads an annual $10M+ digital transformation portfolio, deploying technology tools to enhance profitability, and has successfully executed on multiple transitions of large administration organizations to business process outsourcing (BPO) sites in multiple locations globally - achieving significant cost savings and efficiencies for CBRE’s clients. Rachel is involved in CBRE Women’s network, championing diversity and mentoring emerging leaders having previously established the Singapore Chapter in 2016.
