Rachel DuBois

Rachel DuBois is the Global Chief Operating Officer for CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) line of business. A solutions-oriented leader, her outstanding interpersonal, communications and leadership skills enable her to influence decision-making and build positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Rachel’s journey with CBRE begin in 2009 in Queensland, Australia where she was an Assistant Valuer & Coordinator. She first led the National Operations for Australia before expanding her responsibilities into the Asia Pacific region. Today, she spearheads the global operations team from her home base in Dallas and optimizes business line performance across the United States. Rachel’s profound knowledge of VAS, coupled with her expertise in operations management, have driven numerous initiatives that led to substantial efficiencies and improved performance.

Achievements

• Beyond her professional endeavors, Rachel is passionate about empowering women in leadership roles. She founded the Singapore Chapter of CBRE’s Women’s Network and actively mentors women in the real estate industry.
