Rachel Humphrey is a First Vice President (Honorary Title) in CBRE’s Investment Properties Institutional Group. Rachel supports IPIG in its efforts across office, residential, and industrial product through all phases of the transaction. In her role, Rachel’s responsibilities include coordinating pre-marketing and marketing diligence between clients and internal staff, oversight of internal financial analysis and preparation of marketing materials, conducting property tours and client outreach, aiding investor underwriting and diligence efforts, and helping facilitate a successful closing process.
Rachel began her career at Eastdil Secured, and has built her career in the brokerage space, working on iconic transactions such as 650 Madison, Three Bryant Park, and 1 Manhattan West.
Rachel graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, where she also ran track and cross country. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
