Rachel Rothstein serves as the Client Services Marketing Coordinator for Patrick Conway’s team in CBRE’s LA North Office. Rachel plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of this team, including marketing, business development, client relations, and CRM management, as well as oversight of executed sales and reconciliation of an extensive budget.
Rachel’s team focuses on acquiring and disposing of net-leased investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions, portfolios, and retail shopping centers nationwide. In the last 10 years, the team has completed over 500 transactions totaling over $1.2B.
Prior to joining the Conway team, Rachel was selected to be part of CBRE’s 2022 Summer Internship program, where she assisted the prominent team of Rob Waller and Patrick Amos in CBRE’s West LA office. The team focuses on creative, entertainment, new media, and studio-related leasing and sales in Greater Los Angeles.
As a West Coast native, Rachel grew up in Los Angeles, CA. A Cal Poly San Luis Obispo alumna, Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree where she studied Business with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications.
