Rachel Shanahan is a Client Services Specialist with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, Rachel supports a group specializing in private capital office investment properties located throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region. As her group’s operations manager, Rachel’s primary responsibilities include providing brokerage services, client reporting, due diligence facilitation and production of marketing collateral for valuations, presentations and offering memorandums.
Prior to joining CBRE, Rachel was a transaction manager with Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield for three years. Before that, she was in leasing brokerage with DTZ for six years.
