Raegan Purvine is a Valuation Analyst in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Orlando office in the Florida region and is a member of CBRE’s National Multi-Housing Valuation Group. Her primary geographical focus has been in central and northeast Florida; however, she has completed assignments in most primary and secondary markets throughout the state.
Ms. Purvine’s experience includes providing real estate appraisals, consultations, and market studies. Her appraisal experience encompasses a variety of property types including multifamily (conventional, affordable and student housing), condominiums, and vacant land.
Ms. Purvine worked as a summer CBRE valuation intern on the ROW team in Houston, Texas in 2024. Prior to joining CBRE in 2024, Ms. Purvine received her Master’s in Business Administration from Freed Hardeman University in 2024 and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the same institution in 2023.
