Ramneek Rikhy

Ramneek Rikhy is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Consulting Group in New York City, where she is responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing real estate strategies for companies across various industries. Since joining CBRE in 2004, Ramneek has completed in excess of 20 million square feet of assignments. Ramneek has been involved in the negotiation and structuring of complex lease and sales transactions for a wide range of tenants across a variety of industries, with a focus on financial services, legal services and media, including Fried Frank’s most recent 400,000 RSF renewal at 1 New York Plaza and Clifford Chance’s relocation to Two Manhattan West, Bank of America’s 470,000 RSF consolidation to 1100 and 1114 Avenue of the Americas, Simpson Thacher’s 595,000 RSF renewal at 425 Lexington Avenue, S&P Global’s 900,000 RSF renewal at 55 Water Street, TD Bank’s 190,000 RSF anchor tenancy at One Vanderbilt, UBS’s 900,000 RSF headquarters transaction at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, Viacom’s 1.6M RSF renewal at 1515 Broadway, Verizon’s 2.2M SF national portfolio disposition and Condé Nast’s iconic 1.2M RSF headquarters relocation to 1 WTC.
