Ramon joined CBRE in January 2023 as an Associate in the Occupier Services Group in South Florida, where he specializes in representing office tenants and occupiers in the tri-county area. Ramon and his team are the market leaders in executing innovative real estate strategies for businesses across various industry verticals.
Most recently, Ramon has helped manage multiple national portfolio accounts which involved opening offices in new locations, right sizing offices and implementing new design standards. Ramon’s focus is on creating and implementing innovative real estate strategies on behalf of businesses across all industries, by providing occupancy cost reduction strategies, workplace occupancy trends, lease transaction management, and negotiation advisory, to help clients align their real estate with their overall business objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ramon worked at JLL’s Miami office for 7 years serving as an Associate and as the lead financial analyst for the state of Florida. Before his tenure at JLL, Ramon began his commercial real estate career at Cresa South Florida in 2015.
