Randy Eigen

Randy Eigen has been actively engaged in commercial and industrial real estate brokerage in Northern New Jersey since 1978. He has been called on to write several articles about real estate, which have appeared in NJBIZ, Commerce, and Real Estate Forum magazines.

Since joining CBRE in 1986, Mr. Eigen has successfully handled more than 650 transactions—being involved in every phase of commercial real estate. His knowledge and skills are sought by occupiers and landlords as well as sellers and buyers of office and industrial properties.

Mr. Eigen has a wealth of experience in the Healthcare arena. He has handled numerous sales, leases and purchases of both office and industrial product. Additionally, he represents the real estate needs of a select group of corporations throughout the United States.

His focus on healthcare over the past twenty years enables him to assist physician practices and medical institutions to achieve greater efficiency in the delivery of medical services.
