Randy was born and raised in San Francisco. He received his undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Prior to joining CBRE, Randy was a partner in a general civil practice.
Randy is on the boards of directors for the Sacramento Literacy Foundation and Sacramento Country Day School.

My team and I specialize in representing our clients in the disposition and acquisition of investment properties. We help them meet, and often exceed, their financial objectives by implementing a personalized, consultative, transaction-specific approach, supported by the largest, most comprehensive commercial real estate services platform in the world. Our offering memoranda, which describe each property and its associated investment opportunity, are designed to be comprehensive, yet concise. Our content and presentation format meet the requirements of both private and institutional investors.
Speed to Market.
All of our investors receive our property offerings via email, so we are usually "in the market" within two hours after our clients approve the offering package.
Our Buyer Databases.
Our team maintains its own private database of investors and their acquisition profiles. Our engagements are published on all relevant online platforms and distributed via CBRE’s DealFlow, a powerful means of outreach to over 80,000 carefully vetted and qualified buyers nationally and internationally.
Problem Solving.
Unexpected challenges during an escrow can happen. We minimize them by carefully screening potential purchasers, applying creative solutions to the problems that can’t be prevented and displaying tenacity and resolve whenever necessary.
Reporting and Communication.
We submit a weekly Owner’s Report which includes a detailed log of virtually every conversation, email, and piece of correspondence related to the property. We are also very easy to reach; call us any time.
