As a First Vice President with over 21 years of brokerage experience at CBRE, Ray has an exclusive focus on the single tenant net leased properties segment of the industry serving as a trusted advisor to the Florida team’s clients by utilizing his comprehensive market knowledge and leveraging the strength of the CBRE Net Lease Property Group platform.
The Florida team of the CBRE Net Lease Property Group was established in 2001 and is led by Mark Drazek and Ray Romano. The Florida team has sold over $2.3B in single tenant properties. Clients include regional and national developers as well as individual and institutional owners of single tenant properties that require the highest quality marketing capabilities in the sale of their assets. The overall group consists of 20 senior level professionals in select major metropolitan areas around the country who are dedicated exclusively to the sale of single tenant properties. Since the group’s inception CBRE remains the leader in the Single Tenant arena with a total sales volume exceeding $400B to date.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining CBRE, Ray spent several years in the telecom industry focused on acquisitions. He was an Acquisitions Specialist for Pinnacle Towers and then Director of Acquisitions for Richland Towers specializing in identifying and negotiating the acquisition of existing telecom towers and other telecom infrastructure assets throughout the southeastern U.S.
