Rebecca Tuteur is a Senior Associate in CBRE's Midtown Manhattan office, focusing on landlord and tenant representation. She works as part of a team led by Vice Chairman Paul Amrich and Neil King, focusing on the marketing and leasing of office real estate for a number of institutional and entrepreneurial owners.
Prior to rejoining CBRE, Rebecca was an Associate on the in-house leasing team at SL Green Realty Corp, a fully integrated REIT and New York's largest commercial landlord. She covered the leasing of a portfolio of 18 commercial properties across Manhattan totaling 14 million square feet. Working alongside her team, she helped with the closing of over 200 new and renewal transactions totaling 3.8 million square feet in 2024 and 2.7 million square feet in 2025. Rebecca began her career at CBRE in 2021 in the Leasing Services group, supporting senior brokerage teams on tenant and landlord representation for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups.
In 2025, Rebecca was recognized as one of the Commercial Observer's Top Young Professionals, joining an elite group of up-and-comers in New York's commercial real estate industry. As Mentorship Committee Co-Chair for CREW New York, a National Commercial Real Estate Women's organization, Rebecca pairs experienced professionals with mentees to support the next generation of industry leaders, while helping organize networking and volunteering events for the chapter.
