Reed Holiman is the Director of Project Management within CBRE’s Minneapolis Project Management Group, where he brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience. As the area leader, Reed is responsible for a variety of projects, serving as a key liaison between building owners, tenants, consultants, and brokers. In this role, he is closely involved in all phases of project management from early planning stages through design, team selection, budget and schedule development, construction oversight, and move management. His focus on client communications, project reporting, and relationship management contribute to the consistent delivery of best in class services.
Prior to joining CBRE, Reed served as a Senior Vice President and Market Lead for Jones Lang LaSalle, where his responsibilities included directing the firm’s development, project management and project consulting services in a five-state region consisting of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin. His expertise includes a variety of project types including corporate build-to-suit and headquarters facilities, data center/mission critical, light manufacturing, and government occupied facilities. Over the course of his career, Reed has successfully delivered over 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate valued in excess of $1 billion.
