Reed Hunter is a Vice President with CBRE’s multifamily investment team. He specializes in the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties and development sites throughout Seattle. Prior to joining CBRE, Reed was a top Senior Investment Advisor at Paragon Real Estate Advisors. He has sold over $150 million of real estate over the last four years, including over $50 million in the last year alone.

Reed comes from a family background of building, owning, and operating apartment buildings around the Puget Sound area. He started his career running his own construction company for 8 years before transitioning to apartment brokerage. Reed enjoys helping his clients find sound investment opportunities and smart financial life solutions. Reed’s loyalty is unparalleled and helping others find solutions is a passion he takes from his personal life into his professional.
