Reeves McCall is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Reeves has extensive experience structuring complex lease transactions. Her thorough grasp of all moving parts in every lease, coupled with her ability to attend to every detail, has delivered substantial savings for her landlord and tenant clients alike. Most recently, Reeves represented Clear Channel Outdoor in their 50,000 RSF relocation to 200 Park Avenue, The MetLife Building. Reeves has advised an array of prestigious tenant clients over the years, not limited to Walker & Dunlop, AbbVie, FUJIFILM Holdings, and Supergoop.
Reeves’ business model was born from an early career as an investor relations consultant for Teneo Strategy, advising Fortune 500 companies, including The Coca Cola Company and Dow Chemical. Her financial acumen and strong industry relationships translated well when serving the real estate needs of her clients.
Before she began her career, Reeves played Division 1 lacrosse for Northwestern University, winning a National Championship her freshman year.
