Mr. Fox is a Senior Valuations Associate of the Valuation & Advisory Services within the Northeast Region in the Philadelphia Office. Mr. Fox has worked in the real estate industry since 2011 and been a member of the valuation and consulting team in Philadelphia since 2014. Further, Mr. Fox is a Certified Licensed Appraiser Trainee in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Fox has a wide range of valuation experience with a professional focus on net lease retail and auto dealership properties. In addition, Mr. Fox also has experience with property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and residential condominium uses including the valuation of wholesale redevelopment properties and new construction. Finally, Mr. Fox has consistently been recognized as a top producer nationally.
