Reid Kennedy is a member of CBRE's Industrial Brokerage Services Group in Dallas, focusing on industrial leasing and advisory services. He supports active landlord and tenant representation assignments, contributing to prospect outreach, market research, client reporting, and property-level analysis. He also tracks occupancy trends, face rate movement, development, and new-to-market tenant activity across DFW submarkets to support the team's leasing strategy.
Prior to joining CBRE full time, Reid interned with the team's industrial leasing group and completed two summers at Sealy & Company, where he gained experience in acquisition underwriting. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a degree in Finance with a focus in real estate.
