Renée Castillo is a Vice President within CBRE’s Occupier Leasing Services practice in Dallas, where she advises corporate occupiers on complex real estate decisions across local and national portfolios.
Renée specializes in developing creative occupancy and transaction strategies that extend beyond the traditional renew-or-relocate approach. Her experience includes lease acquisitions and renewals, restructures, contractions, dispositions, subleases, lease terminations and other early-exit strategies. She combines rigorous financial analysis, deep market knowledge and strategic negotiation to help clients reduce exposure, preserve flexibility and achieve stronger real estate outcomes.
Renée has advised some of the country’s largest corporate occupiers on both individual transactions and broader portfolio initiatives, with a focus on aligning real estate decisions with broader business objectives. Her experience spans more than 200 completed transactions totaling over 11 million square feet.
