Renee Boyer

Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. Ms. Collins was a Project Manager for government and data center consulting firms. She was also a Project Architect and Project Manager for interior architecture design firms throughout the DC Metropolitan region with projects ranging from 4,000 sf to 450,000 sf in size. With her extensive work for government and commercial customers, she is experienced in working with the challenges of design and construction for multiple clients across several states and competing jurisdictions.

Ms. Collins was most recently one of three core team members of a Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for the relocation of multiple U.S. Government Agencies. The project comprised of 183,000 sf office space, a conference center, LAN rooms and campus security upgrades. During the pre-construction phase, senior government personnel requested an accelerated schedule with a project delivery three (3) months earlier than originally planned. With her design and construction expertise, she developed project efficiencies and delivered the project on schedule and within budget, avoiding cost overruns.

In addition to managing interior build-outs for both tenants and owners, Ms. Collins also worked on various data center projects comprised of major renovations and equipment replacement in fully functioning data centers for clients such as Coca-Cola, Time Warner Cable and Harris Corporation.

Ms. Collins has been recognized for her contribution to projects with aggressive schedules, tight budgets and detailed requirements from clients such as Coca-Cola, Oracle, NVR, Widmeyer Communications, Washington Post and several Government Agencies.
