Renee Tate is the Operations Director for the South Central region covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. In this role, Renee partners with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic priorities for operations. She drives operational excellence, efficiency and collaboration by allocating resources to the most productive uses. She partners closely with the Finance, Marketing, Research, Digital and Technology, Communications and People Departments to integrate operational support for shared services.
Renee leads a team of operations personnel that support over 900 sales professionals across multiple lines of business. She and her team provide creative solutions and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. Her ability to provide strategic support for the successful implementation of regional initiatives is key to ensuring consistency of best in class services.
Renee joined CBRE in 2006, upon CBRE’s acquisition of Trammell Crow Company, where she was the Operations Administrator. Throughout her tenure with CBRE she received several promotions to include Operations Office Manager, Regional Office Services Manager, Senior Operations Manager and most recently Operations Director. Her managerial duties extend to a wide range of employment activities, including staff recruitment, retention, and professional development.
With over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, Renee has a solid reputation as a dedicated professional with high RISE values. She brings creativity, commitment and a high level of expertise to every project she encounters. Prior to her tenure with CBRE, Renee served in the United States Air Force.
