Since rejoining CBRE in October 2017 through the acquisition of Custom Spaces, Reuben has completed over 400 transactions representing technology companies and venture capital firms in San Francisco and all over the world.
Reuben has represented prominent technology companies and venture capital firms such as Scale AI, Gusto, Coinbase, Perplexity, CRV, Mixpanel, NFX, Front, and Alto Pharmacy, among several others.
Reuben is focused on helping his clients solve for real estate outcomes that maximize flexibility and minimize capital expenditures. He especially enjoys the pressure of working with hypergrowth companies, who trust Reuben to find & negotiate creative real estate solutions under quick timelines.
In his spare time, Reuben enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also an avid basketball player and runs a basketball league for tech founders in San Francisco.
