Rhys Allen leads the global Digital & Technology Product team for Valuations & Advisory Services (VAS). In this role, Rhys and his team are responsible for defining and delivering the product strategy that underpins how appraisers operate globally, spanning platform development, data and workflow modernisation, and the adoption of agentic AI.
His passion is building products that make a real difference to the people who use them. He is focused on developing a world-class team capable of delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower professionals to work faster, smarter and at a higher standard - combining deep domain expertise with the best technology has to offer.
With more than 12 years at CBRE, Rhys has held product leadership roles across three regions, progressing from Pacific to the UK and most recently to his current global remit based in Dallas.
