Ric Brandt has provided commercial real estate services in the Puget Sound region since 1987. Ric specializes in office and high-tech leasing and sales.
Ric is originally from Everett, Washington, having attended Cascade High School and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. His success has grown due to listening and understanding his clients’ needs. He then develops creative, cost-effective and revenue maximizing real estate solutions.
Ric has been involved in over 1,200 lease and sale transactions totaling approximately 15.3 million square feet and over $1.25 billion in total consideration.
