Rich’s extensive knowledge of CBRE’s global platform of services and its delivery capabilities is an asset to its clients. As the former Senior Managing Director of the Los Angeles North Region, Mr. Bright is currently recognized as one of CBRE’s top occupier and multi market professionals. Rich has structured many of the most notable transactions in the area and is well known as the Los Angeles North market expert from Sherman Oaks to Santa Barbara. Additionally, Rich’s team has represented several multimarket clients such as Western Alliance Bank, Farmers Insurance, Syncor International and Verizon. Rich highly values his reputation within the market and believes ethics and integrity are the core upon which relationships are developed and maintained. Rich has been happily married for 37 years with two sons, Ryan and Taylor and three grandchildren.
