Rich Flaten

Rich Flaten is an Executive Vice President at CBRE. Rich serves as one of the senior leaders in the Dallas office, specializing in Tenant and Landlord representation. His versatile skillsets and over 30 years of experience in the business have enabled him to successfully orchestrate various national and regional tenant expansions as well as represent multiple landlords with leasing their projects. Rich has been recognized as a company "Top Producer" for nine of the last 12 years. Prior to it being acquired by CBRE, Rich joined Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 2002 from Lincoln Property Company to direct the retail expansion of 550 sites over a three-year period for a multinational investment bank and financial services company. After his initial hiring initiative he managed the retail division for TCC, sourced and completed the largest retail shopping center TCC developed in the past 20 years in DFW and expanded his tenant representation roster. Rich currently represents Round 1 Entertainment, Seritage Growth Properties, Trammell Crow Company, and Gold's Gym in various national and regional assignments.
