Richard Brehaut

As a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group, Richard specializes in corporate advisory and investment properties. Richard leverages the CBRE global professional network and best-in-class platform to deliver customized strategic real estate solutions on a multi-market basis.

As a corporate advisor, Richard provides real estate solutions for financial sponsors and founder owned companies that support business growth, optimize existing assets, and facilitate key transitions such as acquisitions, sales, and expansions. In addition to real estate services, Richard also connects businesses with growth capital, enterprise acquisition opportunities, or potential buyers for those considering an exit.

As an investment advisor, Richard specializes in transacting single-tenant and multi-tenant assets, and national net-lease portfolios, for some of the largest developers, family offices, and professional investors across the Retail, Industrial, Medical Office and Special Use sectors. Throughout his career, Richard and his partner, Tony Anderson, have been actively involved in the execution of more than 500 transactions valued in excess of $2 billion.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a two-sport varsity letterman. Richard played Quarterback for the UCLA football team and was a catcher for the UCLA baseball team.
