As Senior Director of Operations for CBRE, Richard is responsible for all day-to-day operations on the Regions Bank account. Richard leads a dedicated account team of 300 professionals located across 16 states in the US. He works closely with this multidiscipline team to manage all aspects of a full service account. The Regions Bank account provides Facilities Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, Sourcing, Portfolio Planning and Strategic Consulting services.
Prior to his current role, Richard was Director of Finance on the Regions account, managing the Finance, Accounting, PAS and Sourcing functions. In the Financial Services sector, Richard has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate and has been with CBRE for eight years. Before joining CBRE, Richard served in various Corporate Real Estate leadership roles for Wachovia Bank and SouthTrust Bank.
Richard received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Jacksonville State University.
