Richard Gustafson

Richard Gustafson leads the day-to-day operations and oversees the annual budgeting process and capital improvement program for the New Hampshire region on the Fidelity Investments account. CBRE provides facility management, move and relocation management, and portfolio administration, as well as variable transaction management and project management, within Fidelity’s portfolio in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, India, and Ireland. He works closely with the account management leadership team to drive budget and forecast accuracy, achieve margin optimization, assist in business growth analysis, and minimize accounts receivable balances.

Richard has more than 20 years of facility, property, and project management in addition to sales and leasing experience in the financial services and real estate industries. In addition, he possesses experience in LEED certification, ISO 14001 certification and compliance. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent more than three years with JLL in account leadership positions. Most recently, he oversaw the financial and operational performance of a 450-acre campus and three remote lease sites in the Southern New Hampshire market. Prior to that, he was a commercial property/project manager with a privately-held New Hampshire-based commercial/industrial/residential real estate company managing properties and construction projects in Southern New Hampshire.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Richard held various roles in the construction and retail industries.
