Rick Jost is the Alliance Director supporting the ADT LLC account since October 2014. He oversees Facility Management services supporting 12 locations over 780k sq. ft. throughout the United States.
Rick previously held the position of Finance Manager dedicated to the Tyco Fire & Security and ADT Residential Accounts within Global Corporate Services. Managing all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for both Facility Management and Project Management. Rick has proven to be an asset to each of the GCS account teams he has worked with. His ability to adapt to high level client needs and consistent delivery of financial knowledge provides stability within an ever changing environment.
Rick began his career with CBRE 2007 as Financial Analyst supporting the Florida Power & Light GCS Account. While at FP&L he was an integral part of numerous financial system conversions and strategy implementations as well as maintaining the operating and capital budgets for the over 4 million sq. ft. portfolio. In 2012 he was promoted to Finance Manager supporting the Tyco / ADT accounts for North America.
