Richard Lynott

Rich Lynott joined CBRE in February 2022 as a First Vice President and has over 15 years of appraisal and consulting experience. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a Valuation Services Director at Colliers International where he specialized in the valuation of industrial and self-storage properties. He was also a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia, Inc. where he was a member of the Valuation for Financial Reporting Practice and a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Real Estate Practice at Ernst & Young, LLP.

Appraisal and consulting assignments have included all major property types located across the United States and internationally. Property types include CBD and suburban office buildings, medical office buildings, neighborhood retail centers, community and regional shopping centers, power centers, regional malls, mixed-use properties, warehouse/office buildings, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, multifamily complexes, vacant land, residential subdivisions, and single-family residential homes.
