Rich is committed to quality and service. His extensive experience makes him an
invaluable resource to clients as well as an exceptional front line project manager. Rich
leads strategic projects and assignments, as well as internal training initiatives like PJMU;
a grass roots effort developed to enhance CBRE project managers’ ability to deliver
consistent services, elevate their skills, and create a best-in-class project management
platform. His diverse background includes construction experience with corporate
headquarters, free standing buildings, tenant fit-outs, data/tech centers, trading firms,
health care facilities, and retail projects. Rich also assists with business development
opportunities, participates in national initiatives, and organizes trainings for CBRE’s
Midwest region.
Before joining CBRE, Rich was a Senior Project Manager for Turner Construction. In
addition to his general construction and staff management duties, he was active in
college recruiting, chairman of the annual Safety Day seminar, and a corporate and
regional trainer in financial risk management and diversity training.
