Richard Ridgway joined CBRE in Jackson as Senior Vice President. His primary responsibilities and disciplines include direct leasing of retail and office space, occupier representation, lease negotiations, asset sales, consulting and client management. Richard has over 45 years of brokerage experience. The Ridgway family has been in the real estate industry in Jackson since the 1890s.
Richard has participated in several facets of the real estate industry including development, brokerage, appraisals and management. He is responsible for the co-development and leasing of Lakeland Commons and Market Street Flowood.
