Richard Rossotti

As the Finance Director for CBRE’s Washington, D.C. Region, Richard Rossotti is responsible for planning, managing and directing business operations for the region in support of multiple lines of business. This includes accounts payable, project budgets, revenue forecasting, billing and accounts receivables, contract administration, licensing, transaction processing and ad-hoc data reporting.

Richard joined CBRE in 2011 as an Accountant for the Washington DC Market Area. As a part of the LMA’s accounting team, he led the local implementation of our financial platform optimization and participated as a national super user for the accounts payable, business intelligence and project costing systems. In April 2013 he switched his focus to office operations to manage the operational activities of the Washington, D.C. client services team, followed by the additional oversight of the Tysons Corner office as Office Operations Manager in 2014.

Prior to joining CBRE, Richard was an Accounting Coordinator for the Hansel Auto Group in Santa Rosa, CA where he used his knowledge of accounting and financial systems to maximize efficiency and automate management reporting in three separate offices representing 13 automotive brands. His work there included accounts payable, revenue recognition, titling, and general ledger maintenance.
