Richard leads the Office Occupier business for CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions Services business in Asia Pacific. He is responsible for managing Multimarket Tenant Representation for Fortune 500 and emerging market clients who rely on our best-in-class practices, data and relationships to support strategic business decisions.
Coordinating pursuits and partnerships for our office occupier experts across the region, with added insights into cross-border opportunities through our global network of real estate professionals, Richard is the go-to Asia Pacific leader for helping clients navigate complexity, strategy and negotiation to produce best tangible outcomes.
Based out of Asia Pacific for the past 17 years, Richard has led multiple leasing transactions across all sector groups. This first-hand strategy and leasing experience offers valuable insight into what occupiers expect as a minimum.
