Rick Ashton, CCIM is a Senior Vice President for CBRE in the Louisville, KY office. With nearly 30 years in the commercial real estate business, he has gained extensive experience working with buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. Rick’s unique experience from all angles of a real estate transaction enables him to serve his clients as a trusted advisor.
Rick began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company and then served as Marketing Director for Fenley Real Estate, where he successfully leased much of Fenley’s suburban office portfolio. Rick joined Cushman & Wakefield/Commercial Kentucky where he was a leader in the Office Services Group before joining JLL in 2019. Rick is a frequent contributor to local and regional real estate publications in addition to serving as a presenter/panelist for numerous organizations and continuing education programs.

Achievements
Rick is a former president of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter and was inducted into the 2018 Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. He has served on many community and non-profit boards, including chair of the March of Dimes Commercial REACH Award. He has also served on the board of the Cabbage Patch Settlement House, his church, Harmony Landing Country Club, and has coached several youth sports teams.
