Rick Eiseman joined CBRE as Senior Vice President in September 2021 focusing on office investment sales in St. Louis.
Rick has more than 28 years of real estate experience on both the brokerage and principal side, including leasing, dispositions, asset management and acquisitions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Rick was an Executive Vice President for ElmTree Funds, LLC from 2018-2021. Prior to ElmTree, Rick was a Senior Vice President of Asset Management for the office portfolio of Gramercy Property Trust from 2016 to 2018 and National Office Leasing Director of Gramercy Capital from 2008 to 2016.
During his career Rick has successfully led the disposition of more than 600 properties, in 27 states, totaling more than $1.3 billion in gross transaction value.
