Rick McGeagh started his career with CBRE in January 1986 and recently celebrated his 37th Anniversary. Over his career, he has been involved in approximately 2, 700 sale and lease transactions – totaling approximately 165 million square feet, and 10 billion dollars in consideration.
Focusing his efforts on industrial properties in the Mid-Counties area* of Southern California, Mr. McGeagh is recognized as a market leader and has been acknowledged consistently for his excellent performance. In 32 of his 37 years, he has been honored for top performance at CBRE.
Mr. McGeagh works in partnership with Josh Bonwell and Trent Peterson. They have been strategically assembled to serve institutional clients in the Mid Counties, North Orange County, and West Orange County areas.
