Rick Rensi has established an impressive career leasing suburban office properties with CBRE. This offers Owners and Landlord’s strategies and guidance that come with experience. Rick is responsible for a portfolio of over 750,000 square feet of office space in the Dallas-Fort Worth, with emphasis on the northern suburban markets. Impressive results from some of the highest profile assets such as Legacy West, The Shops at Legacy Office, Frisco Square, and 5550 Granite Parkway demonstrate his team’s abilities.

Mr. Rensi has partnered with CBRE Clients with hard work and new leasing technologies. Over his career, Rick had the opportunity to lead Patriot American Group with a portfolio that was initially 60% leased, transitioning to a stabilized 95% occupancy upon the merger with Mack-Cali REIT (NYSE: CLI).
