Mr. Riley Ducey, BSME, EIT, MFBA, ICC-B2, serves as a Senior Property Condition Assessor within CBRE’s Assessment & Consulting Services group based in Los Angeles, where he brings nearly a decade of specialized experience in commercial real estate due diligence. A Senior Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer by training, Mr. Ducey is known for combining deep technical expertise with a highly responsive, client-focused approach that supports lenders, owners, and investors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
