Currently a First Vice President with CBRE, Riley Shephard has been active in the commercial real estate market in the Seattle region for the past 18 years. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation in the Puget Sound region, with a particular focus on office properties in both the Seattle and Eastside markets.
Prior to joining CBRE, Riley spent several years as an office broker for JLL, focusing on Seattle and Eastside properties and tenants. His knowledge of the market landscape on both sides of the water, combined with his tenant representation and disposition experience, give him a true depth of knowledge of the needs and wants of his clients, their tenants and the steps needed to build a financially successful strategy at their properties.
