Rio Mendoza joins CBRE as an Associate bringing his impressive interpersonal skills and keen ability to meet the needs of his clients. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets across the greater Los Angeles region. As a member of the Boyett Team, led by John Boyette, Rio continues to deliver on expectations alongside top performers in the industry. Team Boyett has closed over $500 Million in total volume across more than 100 transactions and growing. Rio is committed to providing world-class transaction execution and advisory services.
Throughout his entire career, Rio has continued to put clients first. His people-centric nature has allowed him to connect with people with ease and has resulted in an expansive network of happy friends and clients alike. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, he spent 3 years servicing residential real estate clients before making his grand entrance into the commercial real estate market. Under CBRE, Rio seeks to expand the company’s reach well across the Los Angeles territory.
