In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Rob Kinlin joined CBRE/New England in 2007 and is a Senior Vice President with the Urban Advisory & Transactions group. Based in Boston’s Financial District, Rob is part of a team that focuses on providing integrated transaction services to clients in the Boston/Greater Boston marketplace. Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Rob spent five years working with two other notable commercial real estate firms cultivating a unique consultative approach to providing strategic real estate solutions.
As a real estate advisor, Rob has found great success in building his practice based on trust, dedication and a tireless work ethic. With over 15 years of experience, his commitment to surpass high expectations is a true differentiator in a highly competitive industry. To date, Rob has completed transactions in excess of $385 million.
