Rob serves as Executive Vice President in the CBRE Boston Consulting practice, where he advises financial institutions and sophisticated corporate occupiers on real estate strategy across Boston’s urban core, suburban markets, and key national and international geographies. With 20 years’ experience, Rob is a trusted partner to clients whose space needs are closely tied to capital structure, operational agility and brand alignment.
Known for his highly analytical approach, Rob integrates market intelligence, financial modeling, workplace analytics and business priorities to deliver strategic solutions that extend well beyond lease terms. He has led complex engagements ranging from headquarters transactions to global portfolio restructurings, often working closely with clients’ internal real estate, finance, and executive teams to ensure alignment and minimize risk.
