Robbie is a Senior Vice President in the Houston office at CBRE and is responsible for the disposition of institutional and entrepreneurial-owned retail assets throughout the Southwestern United States. Mr. Kilcrease, along with his partners Matt Berry and Drew Reinking, lead the Retail Investment Sales Platform in the Houston office.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, Mr. Kilcrease was a debt & investment sales analyst at HFF. Each year, Robbie was ranked amongst the company’s top analysts in total number of transactions and retail sales volume. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in more than 350 in retail transactions and over $2.5 billion in total sales volume.

Mr. Kilcrease is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University and prior to real estate, he spent four years as a professional baseball player in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.
