Robert “Bob” Barrineau is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Charleston office specializing in industrial real estate with a focus on manufacturing and port and logistics related properties. His business philosophy is led by a tireless work ethic and sincere professionalism. Mr. Barrineau represents clients in the sale and lease of industrial buildings, site acquisitions, build-to-suits, tenant representation and industrial investment sales.
Mr. Barrineau has over 30 years of experience in construction, appraisal, leasing and sales of industrial properties. Bob’s ability to leverage this experience, combined with his national market knowledge, has enabled him to successfully deliver exceptional results for clients. He is particularly adept at complex build to suit transactions and multistage projects. Since 2020, Mr. Barrineau has been involved in the sales and leasing of more than 19 million sq. ft. of industrial property.
Bob is an active participant in many CBRE groups, panels and committees, which leads to constant engagement with market conditions and a deep understanding of client needs. In particular, he is an active member in both the Ports and Integrated Logistics Group as well as the Global Supply Chain Collective, international groups that focus on meeting the fast paced needs of the global logistics landscape.
