Robert Blount is a Vice Chairman at CBRE’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas, serving as a trusted advisor for major corporate clients throughout the region. As one of the most active and respected office brokers in North Texas, Robert has played an integral role in many of the largest and most notable transactions impacting the market. His extensive experience and creative approach allow him to provide guidance to his clients through all facets of the real estate cycle.
Before rejoining CBRE in early 2023, Robert was a Managing Director within JLL’s Tenant Representation group for four years. In 2022, he was the top-grossing broker at JLL’s Dallas-Fort Worth office, leading many of the region’s top leases. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at CBRE for over a decade starting in 2008. Before his time at CBRE, Robert focused on development opportunities across the Southwestern United States as a Development Associate for Endeavor Real Estate Group and positioned over $500 million in commercial real estate financing transactions as a Debt and Equity Analyst at HFF.
Along with a passion for real estate, Robert is a husband, father of three (two daughters and a son) and enjoys attending their dance recitals and coaching youth sports.
