Rob Copito is a nationally recognized real estate professional based out of CBRE's Washington, DC office. Rob is a specialist in tenant representation, having honed his skills over 45 years, representing both corporate and legal occupiers of office space. His specialty is in advising sophisticated clients on larger scale lease negotiations, consistently delivering creative solutions to complex issues that meet his clients’ goals.

Throughout his career, Rob has been hired to negotiate consequential lease transactions for some of the world’s most prominent companies, including ExxonMobil, DLA Piper, PricewaterhouseCoopers, E*Trade, Ernst & Young, Savvis, Sprint/Nextel, XO Communications, MCI, Center for Naval Analyses, Airbus, Raytheon, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and The Boeing Corporation. Rob continues to actively represent many AMLAW 100 and 200 firms on a national basis.

Rob is married with two grown children. He is passionate about tennis and when possible, attends tournaments around the world. Rob and his family actively support Barks of Hope (www.barksofhope.org), a non-profit dog rescue organization based in Rincón, Puerto Rico.
