Rob Mastroddi

Rob Mastroddi is an Investment Sales Analyst for CBRE’s National Partners Northeast team within the Capital Markets & Institutional Properties group in Radnor, PA. He specializes in the valuation, marketing, and execution of real estate sale transactions, ranging from one-off dispositions to multi-market portfolios. Mr. Mastroddi collaborates with clients, brokers, analytical and design team members to distribute marketing deliverables to the industrial investment property space.

Rob is also a member of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. Located in the 12 key logistics hubs, the 115 Investment Sales, Debt & Structured Finance and Support professionals connect local market insight to a national capital markets perspective and are able to achieve remarkable results for their national, regional and local clients. In 2023, the team successfully completed 444 transactions totalling 118.6 million square feet with an aggregate value of $12.8 billion.

Prior to joining CBRE National Partners, Rob worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Lavazza Professional focusing on sales innovation finance to construct investment analysis to gauge viability and profitability of new business prospects and product launches. Preceding Lavazza Professional, Rob worked as an Associate Accounting Analyst for The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company specializing on quarterly & annual reporting of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting.
