Bob began with Buildingi (from CBRE) early in his career and earned positions of increasing responsibility and complexity, leading to his current role as Director of Records Management. 19+ years of professional experience in corporate facilities management, help desk support, and project execution. Bob takes pride in his work and focuses on team continuity and communication in managing his high-performing team.
AutoCAD experience includes Versions 12 to current, Isp coding, automation creation, and other customizations. Creation of CAD standards and associated compliance.
IWMS experience includes: Tririga, iOffice, Serraview, and Accordant.
Successfully transitioned operational IWMS and Security design support for a global portfolio of over 60 million square feet.
Has helped create and maintain enterprise-wide CAD standards for more than 5 clients, covering more than 200 million square feet of portfolio space.
