Robert Shapiro

Robert Shapiro is a Senior Vice President at CBRE with over 22 years of brokerage experience in the New York City Investment Property Sales marketplace. To date he has facilitated the sale of over 400 investment properties with an aggregate value exceeding $2.4 billion throughout all five boroughs.

He is an expert in transacting rent regulated & free market multifamily, office, retail, commercial condominiums, industrial properties as well as development sites.

His clients range from institutional and private owners along with non-profit and religious organizations.

Robert began his career in 2001 at Massey Knakal Realty Services which was later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield (2014) where he lead the Middle Markets Division as an Executive Managing Director.

Robert is a former Chairman of the Young Men’s / Women’s Real Estate Association (YM/WREA), member of REBNY, Advisory Board Member of CHIP (Community Housing Improvement Program), and a board member of ArtBridge.
